2. Joklar.com has a specific section for event organizers where they can promote event & sell ticket via joklar.com

3. Joklar.com helps to sell products of registered sellers only. Product shipping has to completed by the seller and on successful shipping, payment will be released.

4. Joklar jobs helps to connect recruiters with job seekers. Recruiters can buy premium plans to connect with more than 5 users but cannot sell any product or plan to these users, hence no shipping is applicable.

Joklar doesn't charge for free listing of Ads.

2. Paid Ads: An advertiser can upgrade to paid ads services as and when required after approval from our verification team.

Refund can be initiated in case of paid ad services within 7 days after deducting charges for the consumed leads.

3. Tangible/Physical Products:

7 days refund policy for this category if hosted by Joklar.com officially.

4. Product/Service Posted by 3rd Party Users,

Resale or New: This platform is for all users advertising their products from different sources, Joklar is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such Content, and you agree and assume all liability for your use, neither Joklar is responsible for the payments that you make directly to such advertisers.

Returns /

Physical Items posted directly by Joklar.com (Payment Gateway) owned by Joklar.com

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
