Deshbandhu College was founded in the year of 1952 by the ministry of rehabilitation, in the memory of Lt. Lala Deshbandhu Gupta. When the college was started then only 72 students are there & courses like arts, science, & pre-medical. then the college was moved to the ministry of Edu. after that taken over by the Delhi University.
